Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using DeenPost services, including the website at https://www.deenpost.com and the DeenPost mobile application (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DeenPost regarding your use of our website and mobile application.

  • Service interruptions

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service, or $100 USD if you haven’t made any payments.

App Store Terms

If you download the App from an app store (Apple App Store, Google Play):

  • You agree to comply with the app store’s terms of service
  • The app store is not responsible for the App or its content
  • The app store has no obligation to provide maintenance or support
  • These Terms are between you and DeenPost, not the app store

Termination

Your Right to Terminate

You may stop using the Service at any time by:

  • Uninstalling the App from your device
  • Ceasing to use the Website
  • Deleting your account (if applicable)

Our Right to Terminate

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service:

  • Immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms
  • For any other reason at our sole discretion

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability will survive termination.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, excluding its conflicts of law rules. Your use of the Service may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.

We strive to resolve issues amicably in accordance with Islamic principles of justice and fairness.

Disputes Resolution

For European Union (EU) Users

If you are a European Union consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You are not located in a country subject to a United States government embargo
  • You are not listed on any United States government list of prohibited or restricted parties

Severability and Waiver

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish its objectives to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Waiver
